The Startup and IdeaFest 2024 is all set to begin this 14th and 15th November at Anupam Foodland, Battisputali (Kathmandu).
The fest will showcase over 100 digital startups, including the top semi finalists of ICT Award 2024 of Category A and over 40 startups from all seven provinces. They will demonstrate their inventions, products and software including their startup company.
Other activities include:
- an idea pitching session, where students and startups will pitch their ideas
- a STEM Camp focused on hands-on, experiential learning through interactive activities and projects in science, technology, engineering and mathematics
- a rocket building demonstration
The two-day event will also offer mentorships and incubation sessions and networking opportunities with potential investors.
Select startups and ideators demonstrating their work under seven provinces will be later provided with boot camps and incubation at King’s College and Presidential College.
The entry is free.
The Startup and IdeaFest 2024 serves as a pre-event leading up to the ICT Awards 2024, which will conclude on 20 Dec 2024.
