DishHome launches two-way AI voice “Khusi”

“Khusi” provides customers with estimated resolution times, progress updates, and instructions, improving service efficiency

Digital entertainment provider DishHome has launched a Nepali language-based two-way voice AI service, “Khusi.”

The new service allows customers to interact in a human-like voice to discuss services, plans, complaints, and suggestions. During these interactions, “Khusi” can also analyze customers’ emotional responses (sentiment analysis) and generate reports, DishHome stated.

“Khusi” is designed to streamline service disruptions, technical issues, and customer communication processes by providing instant and accurate information. It can inform customers about estimated resolution times, progress updates, and necessary instructions, which is expected to significantly enhance customer service efficiency.

In the next phase, “Khusi” will support customer identity verification, automatic database updates, scheduling and rescheduling of technical services, and expansion as a chatbot on Facebook Messenger and web chat. There are also plans to extend the service to WhatsApp and Viber in the future.

According to a DishHome spokesperson, “‘Khusi’ will provide a digital, responsive, and human-like customer service experience. It is set to establish a new standard for the commercial use of AI technology in the Nepali language.”
