Paicho Pasal has entered into an agreement with NIC Asia Capital to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The agreement was signed under NIC Asia Capital’s ‘Idea to IPO’, an initiative designed to guide companies to launch their IPO since their days of inception.
Paicho Pasal is an agribusiness enterprise that sources high-altitude vegetables from farmers and transforms them into value-added products such as jam, tomato ketchup, and pickles. Along the way, they also guide farmers to improve their market access.
This strategic agreement with NIC Asia Capital is expected to boost their core objective and create more opportunities for the farmers as well. As part of its growth strategy and preparation for entering the public market, Paicho is receiving support through the CASA program, backed by the FCDO. This partnership is helping the company strengthen its resource capacity and readiness for public investment.
