ENSSURE is bilateral project of Government of Nepal (GoN) and Government of Switzerland, with an initiative to provide benefits to Nepali workers by securing employment and upgrading their living standard. Additionally, it seeks to supports Nepali youth, women and men in their socio-economic developement through federalized technical education and vocational training.

To provde capacity development program for the Nepalese, to provide them with employment opportunity, while also improving their standard of living.
The training programme include: Dual VET-Apprenticeship, Training with On-the-Job Training (OJT), and Workers' Further Training.

2) Private actors (industry, employers and technical training institutes)
